If an item arrives to you broken or damaged, you may return it for an exchange or refund.

For a refund to be issued, kindly send us a picture or video (sales@swizzpets.co.uk) of the damaged item and our customer services team will get back to you with a decision.

We will not refund products that are not faulty upon being tested. If a product is not faulty upon testing, it will be returned to you and there may be charges for the collection and return.

We will not refund or exchange products that have been used and are not faulty after purchase, even if returned within the 30-day policy. 

​

All Pets are different and no product can ever be completely indestructible, therefore it is possible that overly-aggressive play can damage/ break the product. In this situation, unfortunately, we won't be able to issue a refund or replacement. It is the responsibility of owners to evaluate their situation and decide products that are suitable for their pets.
